A typical fence "panel" consists of:

     A top and bottom rail

    T&G or "the boards"

     A rail stiffener - required for the Traditional style

     U-channel - 2 pieces to finish the edges of the T&G

IEVinyl does not sell pre-assembled panels.  Each "panel" is assembled as you install  the fence. 

The posts have holes routed into them.  You slide the rails into the pre-cut holes, slip in the T&G,   

add the u-channel, and finish by installing the top rail.  Each "panel" or section will require "ripping" 

the last T&G to fill the remaining space.
